BALL Engineer II Volcano

True to its pioneering reputation, BALL Watch Company presents the Engineer II Volcano, a new model composed of materials never before used in the world of watchmaking.

Used for the first time in watchmaking, BALL incorporate a patented composite material for a watch case made up of superimposed layers of carbon and mumetal.

Carbon material has excellent resistance to scratching and is light on the wrist (only weighs about 20% as much as steel customarily used for watch cases).

Tudor Heritage Black Bay Dark

The Heritage Black Bay Dark is Tudor’s first entirely black PVD-coated watch. Directly derived from the thin film technology developed by NASA for its space programmes, PVD or Physical Vapour Deposition enables practically any inorganic material to be bonded with metals.

The black coating of the Heritage Black Bay Dark is deposited atop the stainless steel parts by a PVD process called magneto sporting. The nature of this black coating insures a very high resistance to corrosion as well as a great durability.
