Click & Collect
Click & Collect is a convenient way for you to collect your online orders in-store instead of delivering to your home address.
You can check your item before you collect and have one of our sales consultant explain further the watch features and watch care tips to you.
How do I place a Click & Collect order?
To place a Click and Collect order, please follow the steps;
- Shop online anytime. Find the products you would like to order and select ‘Checkout’
- Select “Self Collection – Yes” as your preferred delivery method
- Select the collection store of your choice
- Enter your billing details
- Proceed to payment
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is ready for collection at the selected store, you will be notified via email.
When can I expect to be able to collect my order?
We aim to process all orders the same business day. Orders received after 1400 on weekdays (Singapore Standard Time, GMT+8), weekends and on Public Holiday will only be processed the following business day.
We will arrange your item to be transported to the collection store of your choice. Once your item has arrived at the store, we will send you an email to inform you that your item is ready for collection. You will usually receive an email on the status update within 1 – 2 working days after placing order.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
Collecting your order is easy. Please bring a valid photo ID along with your order acknowledgement email (printout or digital copy) and present these to any of our sales consultant.
