Who will qualify for Le Club Reward Points?

All customers who have registered an account with us.

Do I need to have an account to shop on ALLWATCHES.COM.SG?

You have the option to shop through guest checkout. However, you will not be able to receive reward points or check your order history if you have opted for guest checkout.

Having an account with ALLWATCHES.COM.SG will speed up the checkout process and allow you to keep track of your orders. You can sign up for an account before shopping or create one before you head to checkout.

What are the benefits of creating an account?

By creating an account, you will be able to:

  • Earn points on every dollar you spend online and in-store
  • Checkout faster online by saving your address in your Address Book
  • View your online order status and history under My Orders
  • Save your favourite items online in your Wishlist
  • Receive the latest news on promotions and exclusives offers and invitation to private events.
How to earn Le Club Reward Points?

Points are issued based on purchase, both online and in-store. You earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Points are calculated on each transaction based on the final check-out amount, excluding any discount, coupon or points redemption.

How long will I receive the reward points issued for my purchase?

For online purchases, reward points will be awarded when Order Status reached ‘Completed’.

For instore purchases, reward points will be issued within 3 working days after transaction

How can I check my Le Club Reward Points?

Log in to your All Watches Le Club account on our website to check your points balance. You can also visit any of our stores and check with our friendly staff.

What Le Club Reward Points can be used for?

For every 500 points you earn, you can redeem it for a $10 discount on your next purchase.

How do I redeem my Le Club Reward Points?

You may redeem your Le Club Reward Points directly on our website by applying it on your Shopping Cart or Check-out page, or over at any of our stores at your point of purchase. Do note that you cannot redeem points for more than the total amount of your purchase. Points are not redeemable for cash.

Can I still use the coupon code when I am redeeming my reward points for online purchase?

Yes, you can apply both the coupon code and reward points redemption on your Shopping Cart or Check-out page when making your online purchase. Do make sure you’ve signed into your account to be able to redeem your reward points.

Can I transfer my Le Club Reward Points to my friend?

Unfortunately you can’t. Our loyalty programme is designed to reward our customers for their loyalty and is therefore solely for individual use only

When will my Le Club Reward Points expire?

Points will expire one year (365 days) from the date they were first earned. Your account page lists your Rewards Points balance history, which displays the date your points were earned.

How do I create an account?

Head on over to the My Account page and fill in your particulars under Register an Account.

How do I sign in to my account?

Head on over to My Account page, enter your Username or email address and password into the Login field.

How do I reset/change my password?

Head to My Account page and enter your Username or email address under Lost Your Password. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

To change your password, sign into your account and head to Account Details page to change your new password.

How can I edit/update my account details?

Sign in to your account, head to Account Details page to edit/update your particulars.

How can I edit/update my billing and shipping addresses?

Sign in to your account, head to My Address page to edit/update your billing and shipping addresses and save them for future orders.

  • ALL WATCHES reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of its programme without prior notice.
  • The decision of ALL WATCHES shall be final and binding in the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with transactions made with ALL WATCHES LE CLUB REWARDS.
  • ALL WATCHES LE CLUB REWARDS is valid at both ALL WATCHES retail stores in Singapore and online at ALLWATCHES.COM.SG only.
  • Membership is non-transferable and valid only for the registered customer.
  • To protect against fraud attempt, Referral Points will be revoked if the Referred Person’s account is deleted, or when the Referrer and Referral IP address is the same.
  • Without prejudice to any action, misuse and/or abuse of privileges will result in termination of membership by ALL WATCHES.
