What are the brands you carry?
All Watches is the authorised retailer of over 20 established international watch brands, including high-end prestigious names such as Omega, Tudor, Tag Heuer, Breitling, and international brands such as Longines, Rado, Ball and Tissot.
We are also the exclusive distributor for sought after Swiss names including Alfex, Candino, Davosa, Ernest Borel, Festina, Rossini, Rotary and Traser.
You may refer to our brands listing page for the list of brands we carry.
I like a watch but you do not carry the model.
Let us know the brand or model number so that our friendly staff can assist you to special indent order from manufacturer.
Where are the watches from?
We only carry GENUINE watches. We are authorised retailers for the brands that we carry.
Do you sell 2nd hand or pre-owned watches?
We only sell NEW watches from our manufacturer or suppliers.
Do you trade-in watches?
No
Do you do corporate sales?
Yes. We will be able to offer corporate discounts and value add service. (eg Delivery, Engraving)
Do you assist to verify the origin of watch?
No. You will need to bring to the brand service centre to verify the authencity of the watch.

Orders & Payment
Can I order without an account on All Watches website?
Yes, you can order on All Watches website without an account:
1. Choose the product you want, add to cart and proceed to checkout
2. On Checkout page, uncheck “Create an account”
What are the payment methods available?
We offer multiple payment methods:
- Major Debit/ Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay)
- ShopBack
Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?
Yes, an order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you through email after you have successfully placed your order.
I have ordered and confirmed my payment, what should I do next?
We aim to dispatch all orders the same business day. Orders received after 1400 on weekdays (Singapore Standard Time, GMT+8), weekends and on Public Holiday will only be processed the following business day. You can expect to receive your order within 1 to 2 working days for local delivery. For international order, delivery time may vary from 5 to 10 working days depending on the location and your local country’s customs clearance.
Once your parcel has been arranged for pick up by DHL Express, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number so that you can track the status of your parcel. You may track the status of your parcel via DHL Track & Trace.

My order has been confirmed but I received an Out of Stock email notification
We perform strict quality checks on all our items before every delivery. If your item is the last piece available that failed our quality checks, we will cancel and refund (for pre-paid) the item even if your order was confirmed. You will then receive an email notification upon cancellation.
When the product becomes available again, you will receive an email when it’s back in stock.
Sizing Guide
We offer a free bracelet adjustment service with every bracelet watch ordered.
Simply type your wrist measurement (in inches or centimetres) into the Notes section of the checkout and we will adjust the watch bracelet to fit your wrist before delivering it to you. We will also include all the surplus links with the watch.
You can measure your wrist with a measuring tape or a piece of string which you can measure against a ruler. You should allow about half a centimetre (1/4 inch) of slack (as comfortably as you like your watch to fit) to prevent it being too tight on arrival.
Services: Repairs, Replacements and Adjustments
Do you provide watch repair and servicing?
Yes we do. Please refer to our ‘watch servicing and maintenance‘ page for the services we provide and a pricing guideline for your reference.

How long does it takes to repair a watch?
2 – 3 months, depending on the brand and complexity of the repair
Do you provide battery replacement?

I bought a watch oversea, can I send to you for repair?
Yes. We service all kinds of watches
Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping rates and surcharges?
We offer free local delivery to one location within Singapore and free international standard shipping; excluding remote, restricted and high-risk countries marked by our courier company. Our preferred partner is DHL Express. You will be notified to pay shipping charges if your shipping address falls under the list of destination countries in scope. You may refer here for the list.
My shipping address falls under the list of affected destination countries. What should I do?
A shipping fee is applied when shipping to a location that is distant or difficult to serve, a destination country where our courier partner is operating at elevated risk or destination country that is subject to specific trade restrictions imposed by the UN Security Council. If your shipping address falls under the list of affected destination countries in scope, you will be notified to pay shipping charges before shipment is arranged.
How do I track my order status?
Once your parcel has been arranged for pick up by DHL Express, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number so that you can track the status of your parcel via DHL Track & Trace. You will also receive status notifications (Picked Up, Out for Delivery & Delivered) by email from DHL Express about your dispatched shipment with the anticipated delivery date.
What if I'm not home when my package arrives?
You will receive status notifications (Picked Up, Out for Delivery & Delivered) by email from DHL Express about your dispatched shipment with the anticipated delivery date.
On the day of delivery, you will receive another notification from DHL so that you know precisely when you can expect your parcel. If you are not at home to receive your parcel and/ or wish to make changes to the delivery options (change delivery date, service point or locker, leave with neighbor/ concierge/ guard, leave in safe place, alternate address or vacation hold); you may do so via the DHL Express Mobile.
My order hasn't arrived.
We aim to deliver your items in the fastest time possible. While most of items do arrive on time, there are occasional postage delays, especially over the weekends or busy schedule due to Public Holiday such as Christmas and Chinese New Year.

Returns & Refunds
I want to return my item.
You may only return your item to us if your item is faulty upon receipt or wrong item delivered.
Faulty item or wrong delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Please email us at at info@allwatches.com.sg
Watches purchased from AllWatches.com.sg can be returned by mail to our main office at 2 Sims Close, #06-02 Gemini@Sims, Singapore 387298; or to any of our boutiques and must be returned:
- In their original condition and packaging
- Complete with free gifts, accessories, if any
- With tags and labels attached
- With the invoice or packing slip
Please note that your returns will only be accepted if the above conditions are met. Watches may not be returned if sized or altered. All Watches reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item have not reached our office.
Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
I want to exchange my item.
We are happy to offer exchanges within 7 days from receipt of delivery/collection for all items purchased on AllWatches.com.sg.
Request for an exchange must be sent to info@allwatches.com.sg within 7 days from receipt of delivery/collection, with your name, order number and reason for exchange.
To exchange an item, watch must be either returned to our main office at 2 Sims Close, #06-02 Gemini@Sims, Singapore 387298; or to any of our boutiques and must be returned:
- In their original condition and packaging
- Complete with free gifts, accessories, if any
- With tags and labels attached
- With the invoice or packing slip
Other Terms & Conditions
- You are exchanging for something of same or higher value*.
- *Exchanges for items of a lower value is possible but we will not be able to refund the balance in cash or store credit.
- *Exchanges for items of higher value will require a top-up of the price difference
- Valid for one-time exchange only.
- Customers have to bear the cost of shipping products back to our main office.
- Customers have to pay the standard shipping fee for re-delivery.
Please note that your exchange will only be accepted if the above conditions are met/ accepted. Watches may not be returned if sized or altered. All Watches reserves the rights to withhold any exchanges if your original item have not reached our office.
How long is the quality evaluation process?
The quality evaluation process may take 2 to 4 working days once the item reaches our office. The exchange/ refund process only begins after we have completed evaluating your returned item.
How long is the refund process?
Upon completion of the quality evaluation, a refund will be initiated and should be completed within 1 – 2 working days.
How soon will I receive my refund?
The refunds lead time depends on the refund method.
- Credit/Debit Card : 5 – 15 working days
- ShopBack PayLater/ Pace/ FavePay : 3 – 5 working days
