The Longines Dolce Vita draws its inspiration as early as the 1920s to reflect the sweet lifestyle of the romans.

In 1997, the modern series of Dolce Vita was launched officially and the series introduced many different variants of the watch throughout the years and quickly became one of Longines’s most well loved series to date, loved by both the ambassadors and the customers.

To mark the inspiration of the heritage of the Dolce Vita series, in 2000, Longines released the Longines Dolce Vita Heritage, a homage to the very first Dolce Vita inspired design that survived for almost a hundred years is imperatively, really special.

THE DRESSIER SIDE OF THINGS. 

The Longines Dolce Vita Heritage watches have a case size of 26mm by 37mm made in 18 carat solid gold case, crown and case back. The watches come with a silver gloss dial with applied roman numerals and small seconds display. The hands are thermally heated to a beautiful shade of blue and are beautifully crafted.

This series is equipped with the mechanical hand-wound Caliber L396.2 which is customised from an ETA Peseux calibre 7001 to fit Longines standards.

The 17 jewels caliber beats at 21,600 vph and has the hours, minutes and small seconds functions with a power reserve of 42 hours. Many high-watchmaking brands like Blancpain, Louis Erard, Nomos and even independent brands like MING watch have used this caliber as a base movement for their own.

THREE IS KEY.

All 3 references are built in three different precious metals namely yellow, pink and white gold. It is only limited to 400 pieces for yellow gold, 600 pieces for pink gold and 1000 pieces for white gold with its limited edition number engraved at the case back respectively.

The watch is fitted with a black alligator leather strap accompanied with a gold buckle for utmost elegance and class.
