After the success of the first episode, the Multifort TV Big Date makes its grand return with the Special Edition Season 1, Episode 2: a new and captivating chapter in MIDO’s hit series.

Contrasting with the satin grey PVD, its subtly crafted colourful and graphic dial evokes a miniature screen, once again drawing the eye to the model’s distinctive TV-shaped case.

Movement

MIDO automatic Caliber 80 (ETA C07.651 base), 12 ¾’’’, Ø 28.80 mm, thickness: 5.86 mm, 25 jewels, 21,600 Vib/h, Nivachron™ balance spring. Oscillating weight with Côtes de Genève decoration and MIDO logo. HMS and instantaneous big date window. Adjusted in three different positions for optimal accuracy. Power reserve of up to 80 hours.

Case

Satin-finished and polished stainless steel with grey PVD treatment, 40 X 39.2 mm, 3-part, sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment on both faces, sand-blasted dot at 12 o’clock, finely decorated movement visible through the transparent case back, screw-on case back, engraved serial number, screw-down crown, water-resistant up to a pressure of 10 bar (100 m/330 ft). Lug-to-lug length: 46.85 mm.

Bracelet

Grey PVD-treated satin-finished stainless steel, polished centre links. Integrated into the case. Folding clasp with push buttons and engraved MIDO logo. Lug bars for quick change.

Additional straps in blue and yellow rubber with reliefs. Pin buckle in satin-finished stainless steel with PVD treatment and engraved MIDO logo. Lug bars for quick change.

Dial

Multicoloured on a grey background, vintage television design in relief, recessed hour markers coated with Super-LumiNova®. Minute track on the flange. Big date at 12 o’clock.

Hands

Diamond-cut and faceted hour and minute hands, coated with white Super-LumiNova®, flat diamond-cut and faceted large seconds hand.
